Before this I worked trade by trade, and I kept meeting homeowners who had a roofer for the roof, a plumber for the leak and nobody to tie it together. So I built HomesKnow around one promise: you describe the problem, I look at it myself, and you get a written price before a single tool comes out.
I stay small on purpose. There is no dispatcher, no crew I have never met and no quote handed off to someone else. I measure the window, trace the leak, check the attic and size the panels, then I do the work and come back if anything needs a second look.

Three Habits You Will Notice on the First Visit
I look before I quote
A photo tells me where to start, not what it will cost. I check the roof deck, the duct run or the drain line in person, then write the price down with every part listed.
I repair when repair is enough
Fogged glass does not always mean new frames, and a slow leak rarely means a new roof. If a fix will hold, that is what I recommend, and I say so plainly.
I leave the house as I found it
Drop cloths go down first, old parts leave with me, and I walk you through what changed before I go. The bill matches the number you already saw.
